Tasks:
- Receive & process customer (e)-mails, calls
- Provide support to team members
- Solve customers' problems
Expectations
- Dutch language knowledge (Hungarian is not a must)
- Good PC handling is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
