For our dynamically growing Online Sales and Customer Support team we are looking for a
As Online Sales and Customer Support Representative, the employee needs to understand and meet the expectations of our online customers within the shortest possible timeframe in line with the strategic direction of the company’s related business unit. The main goal of the role is to increase sales by efficiently converting incoming leads from the websites and at the same time the employee also needs to provide excellent after-sales service with focus on our Dutch and Belgian markets.
As a roof window is a major purchase, most customers follow up their website experience with a telephone call. This contact is crucial to the customer experience and plays a vital role in ensuring the sales development of the web shop.

What you will do:
Process invoice corrections, ensure invoice is ready for payment, and deliver good quality performance
Post invoices which are not posted automatically and rebook invoices if incorrect entries are made
Resolve Local Market and/or vendor queries relating to invoices (internal and/or external) within Service Level Agreements
Take ownership of end to end issue resolution including root cause analysis
Inform query originator of expected time of resolution and/or provide regular feedback on status of resolution
Establish good understanding of the end-to-end process working closely with the relevant parties in other departments and operating companies
This position is for you if you have:
Intermediate English and Dutch language knowledge is a must (both written and verbal)
University/College degree or equivalent qualification, degree in Economics is an advantage
Strong Ms Office skills
Effective communication skills and customer service attitude
Self-starter, proactive personality

Provide email advice / transactional service to all managers and employees, on all HR policy and process queries for the Netherlands
Maintain and support the administration of data using HR systems and processes
Execute HR administration activities, including maintaining the HR database and employee records
Actively seek and deliver continuous improvement through process and system efficiency
Maintain the HR System ( SAP) to ensure the information held within is accurate and up to date, and produce reports as required
Acts as the primary contact in the first instance for all line managers, employees providing a first class remote HR consultancy service on all HR policies and processes
Maintains relationships with other areas of HR to ensure effective end to end processes
Manage the resolution of queries, according to agreed service levels
Ensure that a high quality service is delivered
Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
Experience in SSC environment is advantage

SAP R/3 HR experience is an advantage
