Tasks:

• Receive & process customer (e)-mails, calls
• Provide support to team members
• Solve customers' problems

Expectations

• Dutch language knowledge (Hungarian is not a must)
• Good PC handling is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Excellent problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices
• Invoice mismatch handling
• Handle supplier statements
• Manage supplier and business invoice queries
• Process employee expense claims

Requirements:

• University / College degree in Economics, Business or related field required
• Fluent English AND Dutch language knowledge
• 0-2 year relevant prior experience
• Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Procurement experience an advantage
• Experience in working in a multi-national environment an advantage
• Ability to interact with both internal and external customers while providing a high quality of service
• Ability to analyze customer needs through soliciting, evaluating and acting upon customer feedback
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project etc.)
